How to register wines for competitions and other events
- To formally register wines the applicant must first be registered himself. To register, click on "To register as a new applicant" and provide the information as requested. Please enter the name of the company or individual accurately, since it will be used as the basis for preparing the catalogue and mailing invoices for registration fees, etc. You need to fill in the details for 'Producer of wines' only if the producer´s name differs from that of the applicant.
- Please keep a note of your user name and password for future use. You can access the system as often as you wish to edit your entry before finally submitting your application, and enter wines for future competitions and other events.
- After registering the name of the applicant and then logging in to the section for registering wines, click on " Registration of wines, editing and submitting applications" and select the event in which you want to enter your wine.
- Then fill in information about entering wine. It is necessary to complete all the compulsory fields. Then save the information by clicking "„Add wine to list“. For entering other wine click on „Add wine to list“.
- When the fields for compulsory statements are not completed as requested, it will not be possible to continue and enter other wines. Blank fields requiring your attention will be highlighted in red.
- Successively enter all the wines you want in the same way. Wines that you have already entered onto the system will be clearly shown in full detail above the wine that you are currently entering.
- As long as you do not actually submit the list of wines that you are working on, you can continue to edit or delete the entries as you please.
- When you are sure that all the information requested about the wines has been filled in correctly, and you do not wish to add any more wines to the list, click on "Submit application and print copy”.
- You will then see a summary of the wines to be submitted with various options:
· "Back",
· "Print only (without submitting)” (this is so that you can make a final check on the accuracy of your entry), and
· "Submit application and print copy”. To actually send your online entry to the organizers of the event, click "Submit application and print copy”. Subsequently the wines will then be identified by a letter “O” in the appropriate column of the on-line application form, as confirmation that they have been successfully submitted and received by the organizers.
- We recommend you to print two copies of the application form, one for the organizers of the event which will physically accompany the wines being sent to the event, and one for your own use.
