Opening hours of the Czech Wine Salon

In January is closed because of preparation of a new exhibition.

The Wine Salon of the Czech Republic includes the exhibition about the history of viticulture in the Czech Republic, varieties and wine-growing regions. At the reception desk you can also buy books about wine, sommelier accessories and other goods.

Wine Salon of the Czech Republic – Wine tasting programs

A – Individual wine tasting – price CZK 649, duration 120 minutes

You can taste each of the stored wines individually (except special wines). One bottle of each type of wine is always open. Detailed information about each wine can be found on the presentation box of each wine and in the catalogue. A sommelier is present in the cellar during the wine tasting to advise visitors and give them information about the wine and the individual wineries on request. A free Wine Salon catalogue is included in the admission price (one copy per person/couple).

An additional charge of CZK 150 per person will be charged for every 30 minutes over the booked duration, payable at reception. Loss of the ticket = CZK 500 fine.

B – Tasting "By The Glass" wine automat – credit CZK 150

Individual tasting of wines from the modern wine machine "By The Glass". You have the choice of up to 16 wines from the current wine exhibition according to the prepaid credit on the card provided. Unused credit will not be refunded.

Refundable deposit for the card CZK 100 (in cash).

C – Guided wine tasting (for groups only)

Wine tasting programs under the supervision of a sommelier. The minimum number of participants for this program is 8, maximum approx. 45 people. It is important to book the date for the guided wine tasting in advance – without confirmation of the booked date it is not possible to guarantee the guided wine tasting.

The standard language for guided tastings is Czech. Upon agreement, it is possible to offer tastings in English or German. For a guided tasting in a foreign language, we charge an additional CZK 600 per group.

> Program C1 – price CZK 250
Selected collection of 5 wines of the sommelier’s choice (excluding sparkling wines and natural sweet wines). The program lasts 20–30 minutes.

> Program C2 – price CZK 450
Selected collection of 10 wines of the sommelier’s choice. The program lasts 40–50 minutes.

During the wine tasting you will be provided with a tasting glass and bread for neutralization. Tickets for wine tastings are available at www.vstupenky.vinarskecentrum.cz and also at the reception desk of the Wine Salon.
