Description of wine:
The grapes are derived from 40-year-old vines in Novosedly, wherein they ripened and have contributed a third of the botrytic grapes used. A pleasing and nicely balanced expression which, thanks to the higher level of residual sugar, offers us tones of peach conserve. The wine has a lengthy, mineral conclusion.
