Description of wine:
An extractive wine the colour of linden flowers. On the nose we take in the typical Riesling bouquet, on which the fresh citrussy fragrance leads to a gentle linden flower aroma laced with honey. After a while the delicately matured mineral tones so characteristic of Liběchov marlstone intrude. On the palate it is balanced, refined, with invigorating acidity but without a sharp cutting edge. It has a medium-to-full body, with the combination of sugar to acidity being nicely proportioned. Long and likeably succulent.
