Description of wine:
The dissimilar and fuller style of Sauvignon Blanc from the Slovácko sub-region from the heavier soils and from well-ripened grapes offers a seemingly playfully light greenish colour, but the nose is serious and rich. You sense more blackcurrant, ripe gooseberry and honeyed dead nettle and then, on the palate, a pleasing sweetness evoking gooseberry jam and lemon curd.
