Description of wine:
This wine was produced from grapes grown on the Boží Muka single vineyard which, thanks to its advantageous position and soil, belongs among the very best vineyard sites in Pavlov. The soil here is highly mineral, which is apparent in the wines’s specific character. These Grüner Veltliner vines have reached the age of 55. The wine underwent cryo-maceration - chilling of the must to 5° C - followed by a maceration lasting 36 hours, thanks to which the wine has acquired its specific yellow colour. The nose is typically peppery, with hints of over-ripe pears. The palate is extractive, fully rounded with this highly specific minerality.
