Description of wine:
Colour is golden-green. Nose is rich, straightforwardly lively and dynamic, with tones of plantain syrup, acacia honey, baked apples and dried pears. Red pomelo stands out in the wake of the prominent minerality. This is followed by honeyed tones with roasted hazelnuts and buttery Beurré Hardy pears. Conclusion is racy, long and warm, complemented by touch of mineral and hints of citrus peel. The grapes came from a 16-year-old vineyard in the Protected Landscape Area Pálava, hence the reason why we have this TERROIR PÁLAVA with such a high proportion of limestone content in the soil. Part of the wine matured in oak barrels, the rest in stainless-steel tank.
