Description of wine:
Our grapes undergo a sponteaneous fermentation for the period of one year in 2000-litre oak barrels, whence springs their name Velký Sud BIO (Great ORGANIC Barrel). This is a highly expressive Riesling with soft residual sugar and pleasing acidity at the conclusion. On the nose we find honeyed nuances, alongside those of crystallised fruits and dried apricots. A saline hint on the palate justly reflects the sub-soil of the Kraví Hora vineyard tract.
