Description of wine:
A ruby-red Pinot Noir with a broad, brick-coloured meniscus and a distinctive viscosity. The nose is clean and intense, evoking baked apples, cinnamon and stewed berry fruits. The palate is medium full and succulent, reminiscent of liqueur cherries, cinnamon and cloves. The finish is lengthy, elegantly spiced. The wine comes from the Francle vineyard and has matured for 18 months in oak barrique barrels. In the Wine Salon exhibition it will bear comparison to wines that are a year older.
