Description of wine:
This wine is a blend of two varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Neronet (15%). Maceration of the grapes lasting 30 days together with maturation in French oak barriques (80% new) has endowed the wine with its hefty ruby colour after a period of 30 months. A rich nose of over-ripe cherries, blackberries, blackcurrants, prunes and dates is complemented by soft gingerbread tones, combined with liqueur and nougat. On the palate the wine is mature, with gratifying hints of freshly made jam, it is rich in extract with highly distinctive tannins and a conclusion of cherries, black rowanberries, blueberries and bitter chocolate.
