Description of wine:
Bodro is the name of this typical Moravian „Bordeaux“ blend of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. Wine from these grapes, which mutually complement one another, is distinguished by its attractive fruitiness and briskness. The grapes came from Quaternary soils of loess, full of all important minerals. Fermentation took place in wooden barrel, subsequently the wine was left to mature in small oak barrels for a further two years. The distinguished aroma mixes black rowanberries, Morello cherries and blackcurrants, all of which is supplemented by vanilla and noble wood. Thanks to its sweet tannins, the palate is silky, with a multifarious spicy persistence.
