Description of wine:
A mighty wine, golden-straw in colour with a nose of apricots and honey turning into paraffin. On the palate it is full, mineral, with a racy acidity, filled out with tones of the noble rot Botrytis Cinerea which affected the grapes. The wine fermented and matured on its lees in ceramic containers over a period of several months.
