Description of wine:
The wine has an intense goldeny colour. The nose is seductive, with tones of honey, dried apricots, raisins and linden flowers. The palate has a rich structure with a soft acidity and concludes with a lingering aftertaste filled with fruity tones. The wine has fermented in stainless-steel tanks through low temperatures and matured briefly on its fine lees. The grapes are grown on a south to south-easterly position on the slopes of the Novosady vineyard, on which one can find fertile loess and sandy soils with clay-limestone sub-soil.
