Description of wine:
The grapes for this wine were harvested in the Sedlec - Stolová Hora vineyard tract where the terroir is influenced by Moravia’s largerst lake, Nesyt. Every year this acts beneficially in the creation of noble rot, which endows the wine with its singular raisin-honey personality. Vinification took place in stainless-steel tanks. The wine has a delighful nose of spices and violets. The palate is ample, well-structured, reminiscent of honey, apricots and dried herbs.
