Description of wine:
Pleasant intense aroma reminding one of plums and wood. The palate is full without traces of any astringent tannins. In actual fact it is smooth with a very long finish that lingers on and on. Goes excellently with game or a roast rack of lamb. This wine spent a year maturing in wooden oak barrels of medium toast.
