Description of wine:
The wine distinguishes itself through its ruby colour and impressive nose of blackcurrants and plums alongside a touch of cedarwood. The black-earth terroir then brings complexity and a rich structure. Thanks to having fermented in stainless steel the wine retains its vivacious fruity taste, while the 12-months of maturation in French oak has added a touch of vanilla, spice and the sprightly tannic structure. On the palate it is robust, with hints of dark fruit and fruity jam, complemented by a slight smokiness, which evolves to a lengthy and elegant conclusion. The soft tannins and well-integrated acidity ensure harmony and the potential for further maturation.
